The prosecutor, ASP Taiwo Adegoke  told the court that the accused person received a Samsung Galaxy phone worth N185,000, property of one Amure Olatunde, known to have been stolen or unlawfully obtained.

He further said that the phone was collected from the complainant at gun point by yet-to-be identified gang of armed robbers.
